My best guess is that the Bin Dir is not set to the folder where vtex.exe and studiomdl.exe are located. I do remember that Gmod is a little different than some of the other mods... but I don't remember exactly how... but I think it was fairly straightforward.

I think that you don't have Bin Dir set correctly because in that CMD window screen shot it is looking for vtex.exe in D:\Steam ... \sourcesdk_content\garrysmod\materialsrc\shep when it should be looking someplace inside of D:Steam\...\sourcesdk\bin\orangebox\bin .

Well that's the odd thing. That's where materials are set to. The bin is set to d:\steam ...\sourcesdk\bin\orangebox\bin, and materials is set to garrysmod\materialsrc. Still I will play around with it and read through your paths guide for the hundredth time and see if I can fix it. Thanks again.
