I need to know specifically what you are doing and what you are trying to do.  In your email you wrote:

I don't understand what you mean by "giving use closes property". Also, what do you mean by checking "Append to Current" ? You need to be explicit in the steps you are taking and what you are expecting/wanting to accomplish. Otherwise, I have to spend time trying to figure out specifically what you mean.
