I am on the latest version, this is what I get if I try to commit with the mutli-blend checkbox ticked(also max crashed after this);

Wall Worm Level Design in 3ds Max / Re: Sculpt mesh alpha not committing
December 07, 2017, 04:27:06 AM
Alright so I reinstalled windows and 3ds max, alpha still won't commit, by default sculpt meshes are always set to multi blend and if I don't uncheck multi blend before committing I get the following error and that max-script opens up.
-no "get" function defined
WallWormSimpleDisplacement\displacementOps.ms

Wall Worm Level Design in 3ds Max / Re: Can't load Scene
November 22, 2017, 01:28:40 AM
After about 10 try's 3ds opens but my new scene which has been working for a few days now gives me the original error. I never actually bought windows (I never put a serial in) and things are starting to fall apart, the clock is always wrong, I've always had issues installing programs. I'll just buy it this coming Black Friday, do a clean install and hopefully that fixes everything.
Even yesterday I started having an issue with particular displacements where sub-object selection wasn't rendering at all.

And now my 3ds max will not even launch, I think it's safe to say the issue is unrelated to wallworm, same goes for the alpha not working. I guess I'll reinstall windows and everything.

Feature Requests / Lock displacement edges
November 20, 2017, 11:08:48 PM
Would be a handy feature when working a sculpt mesh surrounded by other displacements to be able to lock the edges from being accidentally moved and unaligned from the surrounding displacements.

Wall Worm Level Design in 3ds Max / Sculpt mesh alpha not committing
November 20, 2017, 10:05:55 PM
The sculpt mesh alpha is no longer committing to displacements, I tried a fresh scene with displacements created from the Anvil Helper. If I edit them individually the alpha works but this is hard in projects with many displacements. If I try the fix alpha button the displacements connected to the sculpt mesh just invert their alpha.

Interestingly it happened in a scene where the only wall-worm object was the map limits.

It's happened about 4 more times, each time I merge and re ad all the entities and restart so it detected displacements which mostly works fine, it also happened once in a new map I started.
I installed Vray a little while back, not sure if that maybe had any influence.

Wall Worm Level Design in 3ds Max / Some displacements don't export
November 10, 2017, 06:58:06 PM
This is a separate issue to my last one so I thought I'd make a new thread in case anybody else has this problem.
Occasionally one or two displacements just stop exporting with the map, check for problems shows nothing wrong,
I think it has something to do with me clicking, dragging or shift dragging the displacements by accident but I'm not really sure.
