I linked a hat im making for tf2 to the models head bone, and when i rotate the bone in max, the hat moves with the head. but when i export the smd and compile it, the hat just stays in place.
Is there somethin im doing wrong? Im using the skin modifier to attach the model the bone.
My first guess is that you exported the model with the $staticprop option turned on. When $staticprop is on, WW skips all skin/bones.
