Updates for CS:GO and SFM

I am working on updates to Wall Worm that will add better support for some of the latest Valve releases including Source Film Maker and Counter-Strike Global Offensive. It appears that Valve has removed the $origin command from the latest model compiling parameters... meaning that many of the WW functions for exporting models away from the world origin are broken. You will see evidence of this if you export a scene to VMF with Wall Worm where the props are using the Use Local Origin as World Origin option... the props will be scattered all over the place in the level.

I have already fixed WW to address this on my local version of WW. But I have not done enough testing to really know how it affects everything--as the updates I am working on change both the SMD Exporter as well as the VMF Exporter.

I might have this released over the weekend. But it may be sometime during next week, too. Just depends on how motivated I feel this weekend.
