No. There are the Blender tools for SMD/DMX, but not all the other things in WW.

Although I feel your pain when it comes to learning new work environments, you might find that over time Max simply offers more options. It's possible that I may branch out into making plugins for Blender at some point, but it's probably a post-Source thing and even then just a possibility.
